+ Monday to Friday: from 08h00 to 17h00
+ Saturday: from 08h00 to 12h00
In case of delivery to Customer's warehouse:
+ Customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai areas will be delivered in the shortest time since TTC IMEX LAM DONG receives the order and payment.
+ Customers in the area of the Province will be delivered within 3-7 working days after receiving the order and payment.
• Detailed delivery time will be shown in the quotation or contract, depending on the volume and current goods situation of TTC IMEX LAM DONG.
• Customers can directly contact sales staff via hotline or Fanpage of TTC IMEX LAM DONG to negotiate detailed delivery time.
• When detecting partial or total loss of goods during transportation by TTC IMEX LAM DONG, TTC IMEX LAM DONG will make up for delivery of the goods to the customer's warehouse so as not to affect the production and business activities of the Company. Customer (After confirming the exact cause).
• Right at the time of receiving the goods, please carefully check the quantity, quality and specifications of the goods. TTC IMEX LAM DONG does not solve arising problems related to goods (shortage, errors related to product shape, surface...) after transferring to the Customer.
